Pura Vida Restaurant

Seriously, this place is amazing. Steaks are very tender and melt in your mouth, service is exceptional and live music is a great addition to the overall experience. If you are in the area - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The quality wasn't good for breakfast. İt was cold and prices wasn't match the quality.

The restaurant is very nice, food is delicious and the stuff is just adorable. I love their life bands and karaoke nights, it’s always a great fun to be there. Thank you guys !!!

Great place to have a meal. A bit pricey with western client orientation. Live music shows every Tuesday and Sunday. Great wines. Beer for 25tl when 20 in supermarket. Lot of german people adore this place. They add to the atmosphere usually. Really recommend visiting in case you are nearby.

We had dinner here last night. The food is very good but yesterday several things went wrong. The starters arrived after more than one hour together with the flat bread. Immediately after finish the starters came the main dishes. My husband has an amputated leg and therefore does not walk very well. One of the waiters thought he was funny by pulling his leg excessively and mocking it.

Poor-A Vida The good: 1.We had reservations, so we were seated right away. 2. Served us a refreshing warm wine cocktail upon seating. 3. Salad was decent. 4. Enjoyed the Xmas Karaoke MC. The Nonsense: 1.The most stale sliced bread(and hard loaf end) was served to us. Sent it back, and no replacement was offered, although I observed several other guests were served what looked like sliced fresh/warm baguette. 2. Per the restaurant's request, we had to state the meal option while securing reservation. Yet, it took an hour for starters to arrive, and an additional 45 minutes for the main course to be served, amongst other pre-planned guests occupancy. 3. Not one server introduced himself/welcomed us to patron. Took them a while to "warm-up" to our being there I suppose. 4. I think the spring rolls were filled with tuna and spices, not sure, but the outside of it was crispy cheesy like. 5. No warm/hot water in the restroom to wash hands, and the faucet is leaking/gush water all around the back of the faucet/sink. 6.When making initial reservation, we requested a whole duck, since it would be for two people. What we received after waiting nearly two hours after being seated, was a brutally hacked/butchered carcass (see attached pic), drowned in some kind of mushroomy gravy. Looks like a pot roast. 7. None of the servers were masked. 8. We were supposed to be served Cherry cake for dessert, however, it was not included in our to go package. The duck deserved a better preparation for it's trouble, and so did we as first time patrons that decided to have Pura Vida help make our Xmas Eve dinner in Turkey, special. They failed us and the spirit/body of that poor duckling. The Karaoke MC and her song selection were the ONLY reason we stayed as long as we did, and made our Xmas Eve end on a positive note ?
