Sırtlarını devlete dayadıkları için kendilerini garantide gören bir zihniyetin verebileceği hizmet ancak bu kadar olabilir. Ayrıca hiçbir şekilde telefonlara cevap da verilmiyor. Bu kadar işe yaramaz ve vurdum duymaz bir kurum ve şube görmedim ben. Ayrıca şube personellerinin bilgisi olsun ki hepsi bu kusurun sorumlularıdır ve CİMER'e tüm detayıyla tarafımdan şikayet edileceklerdir. Bunlara güvenip kargonuzu PTT üzerinden falan istemeyin.
This branch returns the cargoes to the villages without taking them to the village, because the address is insufficient. This is the only service that a mentality that sees itself as guaranteed because they rely on the state can only do so much. Also, the phones are never answered. I have never seen such a useless and insensitive institution and branch. In addition, let the branch personnel know that they are all responsible for this defect and they will be complained to CIMER by me in all details. Do not rely on them and ask for your cargo via PTT.
