★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25 Ağustosta verilen kargo, 31 ağustos oldu ortada yok. Arıyoruz açan yok. Derdimizi anlatcaz muhattap yok. Nasıl bi hizmet anlayışı anlamadım. Firma olarak da PTT Kargoyla sıkıntı yaşıyoruz. "Her kargoda mı sıkıntı olur?" , evet oluyor.
The cargo delivered on August 25, it has been August 31, it is not there. We are looking for no one. There is no addressee to explain our problem. I do not understand what kind of service concept. As a company, we are experiencing difficulties with PTT Cargo. "Is there a problem with every cargo?" yes it does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yıldızı bile hak etmiyor. 1 haftadır kargom onlarda ve hala getiremediler. Aradığımda açmıyorlar. 444'lü numarayı aradığımda pandemi nedeniyle gecikme olabilir diyor. Diğer kargo şirketleri pandemiden etkilenmiyormuş da onlar etkileniyormuş gibi. Bir de devlete ait bir şirket olacak.
It doesn't even deserve 1 star. They have my cargo for a week and still haven't been able to deliver it. They don't open when I call.
