Customers do not understand waiting, queue, law, fortunately, the working lady knows the right, the law and takes the customers in order.But the customers are constantly overwhelming the working lady. thanks Ptt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PTT'nin en iş ahlakı olmayan şubesi budur. Utanılmalıdır ki bu devlete bağlı bir kurumdur. Yurt dışından bir kargo geliyor, eve getirilirken aranılmadık bile. Evde olmadığınız için şubeye götürülüyor diye arayan da olmadı, kapıya kâğıt da yapıştırılmamıştı. Şimdi de geldiği yere, yurt dışına geri dönüyor. Eğer o kargolar geri getirilmezse hukuki işlemlere başvurmayı düşünüyoruz.
(Edit: Bugün şubeye gittik. Oradaki kız da şöyle söyledi, "Her gün böyle şikayetler geliyor, ben de dinlemekten sıkıldım. Ben de umuyorum ki bir çözüm bulurlar."
Şimdi bu şubenin neden boş olduğunu daha iyi anlıyorum. Kalite yoksa müşteri de olmaz tabii.)
This is the most unethical branch of PTT. It should be ashamed that this is a state-owned institution. There's a cargo coming from abroad, we weren't even wanted on the way home. Because you were not at home, there was no call to be taken to the branch, and no paper was attached to the door. Now he's going back to where he came from. If those cargoes are not returned, we are considering legal proceedings.
(Edit: Today we went to the branch. The girl there said, "Every day such complaints come, I'm tired of listening. I hope they find a solution."
Now I understand why this branch is empty. If there is no quality, the customer will not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankoda çalışan tek kişi oluyor. Hgs için 3 kere gittim, sistem yoktu. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli ama şubede iş yok. Basit işler için yeterli.
He is the only person working at the counter. I went to Hgs 3 times, there was no system. Employees are well-meaning, but there is no job in the branch. It is enough for simple jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşlemler hızlı ama çok küçük bir yer. Bir tane gişe açık bir kaç kişi geldiği zaman sıra çok beklenir. Diğer yerler gibi kasada para yok gibi şeyler söylemeyip ödemeyi hızlıca yaptılar. Çalışma saatleri 8.30-12.30 13.30-17.00 mış. Ben 13.32 de falan gittim hemen açmışlar
Transactions are fast but it's a very small place. When a few people come with one open box office, the queue is very long. They didn't say things like there was no money in the safe like other places and made the payment quickly. Working hours are 8.30-12.30 and 13.30-17.00. I went at around 13.32 and they opened it right away
