★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 ekimde kocaeliden gönderdiğim kargo teslim edilmemiş. danışma hattı dahil bu sübeyi defalarca aradım .gönderdiğim kargom teslim edilmemiş subede zimmetli diyor. bir daha ptt ile ürün göndermeyi mecbur kalmadan yapmam. bize yazık değilmi hem müsterim mağdur oldu hem ben. 7/24 hat ta ulaşmanın imkanı yok. artık buraya yazmaktan başka çare kalmadı.lütfen benimle iletişime geçin ve bu sorunu çözün
The cargo I sent from Kocaeli on 7 October was not delivered. I called this subsidiary many times, including the information line. My cargo that I sent says is deferred in the undelivered branch. I will not do it without having to send a product with PTT again. It is not a pity for us, both my customer and me were victims There is no possibility to reach the 7/24 line. There is no more choice but to write here. Please contact me and solve this problem.
