If there is a cargo waiting, forget about the cargo as soon as you go to the branch and when I go to the branch, the phone ringing in front of my eyes does not answer even though the branch is empty.

Thanks to PTT branches in this place and like this (all of them), you can go and receive your cargo only if you have the chance, you will receive it, the employees do not care about you, and even though you have paid ridiculous customs tax, welcome to the cargo company that has an eye on the last penny in our pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şubede telefona bakan bir çalışan yok. Boşuna koymuşlar o telefonu oraya. Kargom evime ulaşması gerekirken, Beşevler - Konak şubede tutuyorlar. Açık adres belirtmeme rağmen evime teslim edilmedi. İki kere ana merkezi aradım birbirleriyle çelişkili ifadeler veriyorlar. PTT'ye güvenim hiç yok. Kargo ücretini siparişte hemen almayı biliyorlar. Ptt pişmanlıktır.
There is no employee in the branch looking at the phone. They put that phone in there for nothing. While my parcel should arrive at my home, they keep it at the Beşevler - Konak branch. Although I provided the full address, it was not delivered to my house. I called the main center twice, they give contradictory statements to each other. I have no trust in PTT. They know to get the shipping fee immediately on the order. Ptt is regretful.

I think even a star is too much, there is no improvement against so many criticisms, I think you just distribute letters, maybe you will raise them. We come to your feet and receive every cargo delivered to the address, and you get money for free.

I couldn't understand why it was loaded so much that no cargo company is looking at their phones anyway, so I think the service received is sufficient.
