★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aralık ayında yurtdısından gönderilen kargom şuan nerede belli değil. Telefonla ulaşmaya çalışıyorum asla ulaşamıyorum. Kargo gelmişse neden aranmadım? Bu ne sorumsuzluktur. Kargo kaybolmuşsa bunu hesabını kim verecek? Gerçekten ptt pişmanlıktır. Müşteriye verilen değer 0.
 My cargo sent from abroad in December is not clear where now. I try to reach by phone, I can never reach. Why did not I call if the cargo came? What an irresponsibility this is. Who will account for this if the cargo is lost? Really, PTT is regret. The value given to the customer is 0.

Disabled people have difficulties in driving and some convenience is provided for them in traffic. It is forbidden to leave vehicles in disabled parking spaces. I ask the employees to show sensitivity in this matter.
