Bir kere ulaşabildim müşterim ürününü almaya gittiğin de ürün yok dediler müşteri tekrar da gidemediğin de arayıp neden ürünü yok dediniz dedim bir yanlışlık olmuş dediler günlerdir kargoya ulaşamıyorum üstelik 11,75 tutarında boşu boşuna kargo parası ödemiş oluyorum. Her yere sizi şikayet edeceğim telefonu meşgule bırakıp bilerek açmamazlık hangi çalışanın hakkı! bir ürün için 5 gündür ard arda defalarca aradım. Bu yaptığınız kabul edilir bir ayıp değil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her kargo şirketinde olduğu gibi suratsız ve tahammülsüz çalışanları var. Bir de kargonuz gelmiş olsa bile 1 haftadan erken köy dağıtımına çıkarılmaz, şahsen gidip almak daha mantıklıdır.
Onun dışında kargolar iyi korunuyor. Şu ana kadar ezilmiş ya da zarar görmüş tek bir kargom yok.
Like every cargo company, it has sullen and intolerant employees. Also, even if your cargo has arrived, it will not be delivered to the village earlier than a week, it is more logical to go and pick it up in person.
Other than that, the cargoes are well protected. I have not had a single crushed or damaged cargo so far.

Ayrıca köyde yaşıyorsanız 1 haftadan fazla süreyle kargonuz size ulaşılıyor.
Kargolarım da hasar falan olmadı şuana kadar ama dağıtım ve müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda kesinlikle çok kötüler.

My cargo has not been damaged or anything so far, but they are definitely very bad in terms of delivery and customer satisfaction.
