★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yarım saat 45 dakikadan önce sıra gelmiyor. Çok küçük bir PTT. Çok fazla talep var yerin büyütülmesi lazım insanlar rezil oluyor. Kuyrukta bekleyenler kaldırımda kuyruk oluyor.
It's not the turn before half an hour and 45 minutes. It's a very small PTT. There is too much demand, the place needs to be enlarged. People are disgraced. Those waiting in the queue are queuing on the sidewalk.

I've seen the most disrespectful, arrogant employees I've ever met in this branch, they are both incapable of helping people and delaying their work to scold customers. If you don't like it, don't do this job, don't upset people's morale in these bad days.
