Devlet kurumları bu kadar aşağılanmamalı..Siparişlerimizi devamlı ptt şubesine giderekmi almak zorundayız. We did not bring our PTT Cargo orders to our home, we did not find it at home, we put notes on the door and made their lie regular. They never look at the phones anyway Who will say stop this disgrace. Government institutions should not be so humiliated. We have to take our orders by going to the PTT branch.

Rize Merkezden kargoyu almam 1 hafta sürüyor ayrıca kuryeden değil şubeden alıyorum. (kargo hareket dökümü görseldeki) Yurtiçi gönderilerinde ise kargo Marmara Bölgesinden 2 güne Rize Merkeze geliyor, Merkezden Gündoğdu şubesine 2. gün oldu hala gelmesini bekliyorum. Telefonlar her zaman ki gibi cevapsız. 1 point out of 5 is really too much. The product from abroad comes to Turkey in 1 week. Arıyorsun açmazlar dağıtım mesajı atmazlar dagitima çıksa getirmezler bir şey desen şikayet edin derler şikayet etsek ekmeğimizden etmeyin muhabbetine girerler Rezaletin bir başka boyutu şu kadar yorum var neredeyse tamamı olumsuz bir yetkilisi de çıkıp demiyor ki işimizi yapalım diye. No matter what, if you get paid for doing your job well, you have to give it your due. Like everything else in Rize, the PTT is a disgrace. You call, they don't open up, they don't send a delivery message, they don't deliver if it goes out, they say, if they say something, they complain, if we complain, they get into the conversation that we don't have our bread.
