Daha doğru su dağıtmıyorlar. Siz gidip almak zorundasınız. Bahaneleri evde yok..Uzak durun!
Such distributor can not obnoxious cargo.
They distribute water more accurately. You have to get going. Stay at home yok..uzak excuses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumartesileri kapalı. Açık olduğu günlerde de telefonla ulaşmak imkansız. Bütün gün evde olduğumuz halde eve dağıtım yapmıyorlar. Şubeden teslim çalışıyorlar.
It is closed on Saturdays. It is impossible to reach by phone when it is open. Although we are at home all day, they do not deliver to the home. They are trying to deliver from the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12.20de ptt ye girdim numara alınmiyormuş zaten kimse de yoktu. siyah gömlek ve pantolonlu bir görevli vardı. İstanbula kargo yollayacağımi söyledim 4 parça krem böyle gitmez kutu lazım dedi onlarda poset kutu mukavva vs hicbirsey yokmus..hemen oradaki müşterilerin kagitlarini attıkları yerdeki mukavva kutuyu aldim bant var mı dedim bant verdi.. bantları yapıştırmaya yardım eder misiniz dedim edemem dedi. Yapıştırıp verdim. 8cm 8cm Kubik bir kutu.havale kağıdını zaten yazmıştım. Buyrun dedim postane kapandı dedi. A a nasıl kapanır kargoyu yolluycam dedim.saat 12.32 dedi 12.30da sistem kapanıyor dedi.. a a niye söylemediniz bunu dedim. O zaman sizde kalsın 20lira bırakayım siz sistem açılınca yollarsanız dedim.olmaz alamam 13.30da gelip gönderirsiniz dedi. A burada yokum 1 saat de bekleyemem randevum var dedim beni ilgilendirmiyor dedi. Ve çıktım.feciiiydi. ptt ucuz olur ve ayrica devlet kazansin diye yolluyorum ama oradaki personelin kötülüğü bizi özel kargoya yönlendiriliyor. Çok ayip bir insan var orada. İnşallah yetkililer bir denetleme yaparlar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Hafta kargo beklenmez ya hu! Ama maalesef bazı firmalar PTT kargoyu kullanmakta ısrar ediyor. Ucuz evet, ama ucuzluğunu servisiyle ve çalışan kalitesiyle belli ediyor. Hiç memnun değilim mecburen kullanmak zorunda kaldığım zamanlar hariç asla tercih etmiyorum.
1 week shipping is not expected ya hu! Unfortunately, some companies insist on using PTT cargo. It is cheap yes, but it shows its cheapness with its service and employee quality. I am not satisfied at all, I never prefer it except when I have to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APS takip formlarında yeterli bilgi yok.Hangi şubeye geldiği belli değil.Adrese bağlı Yalıkavak şubesi telefonlara cevap vermiyor.2 gün önce mektubum Bodruma ulaşmış Ama adresime gelmiyor.
There is not enough information in the APS follow-up forms. It is not clear which branch it came to. Yalıkavak branch of the address does not answer the phone. My letter reached Bodrum 2 days ago, but it does not come to my address.
