★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çin'den gelen kargolarımı asla eve getirmiyorlar. Evde olmama rağmen kapıya not bırakıp gidiyorlar. gelen ürünü geri göndermişler (5 ay sonra gelmişti) parasını da alamıyorum. Aramadilar da daha ne kadar yanlış yapılabilir bilmiyorum. Aramadiniz diyince de aradık diyorlar . Hepsi çağrı geçmişinde var.
They never bring home my cargo from China. Even though I'm home, they leave a note on the door. sent the product back (5 months later came) I can not get the money. I don't know how much wrong it could be done. When you said you didn't call, they said we did. It's all in the call history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teslimatlar zamanında yapılmıyor. Teslimatlara maddi zarar var ve bu durum şube tarafından giderilmiyor. Şube çalışanlarının çoğunun üslubu musteriye tavrı çok kötü. Özellikle cuma günleri sabunlu mahallesine teslimat yapan teslimatcının üslubu ve teslimata tavrı davranışı zarar verme yönünde.
Deliveries are not made on time. There is material damage to deliveries and this is not solved by the branch. The style of most of the branch employees is very bad attitude towards the customer. Particularly on fridays, the delivery style and the attitude of the delivery to the soapy neighborhood are damaging.
