★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kargo takip'te şubeye gelmiş görünüyor hala dağıtılacak diye bekliyorum, 6 gün oldu. telefonla arayıp bilgi almak istiyorum sürekli meşgule atılıyor ya da hiç açılmıyor telefon. defalarca aradım, neden böyle sorumsuz davranıyorsunuz?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 Ağustos 2020 tarihinde Trendyol dan aldığım maske PTT kargoya verilmiş ve 03 Eylül 20202 tarihinde Odunpazarı PTT ye ulaşmış. Fakat 07 Eylül 2020 tarihinde halen elime ulaşmadı gelen giden de olmadı. Akşam 4441788 nolu müşteri hizmetlerini aradım ama tam 35 dakika 20 saniye beklememe rağmen cevap veren olmadı ikinci defa aradım bu sefer de 15 dakika beklememe rağmen yine cevap yok! Bu nasıl bir hizmet anlayışıdır anlamadım. Yarın gidip şubeden kendim almayı deneyeceğim. PTT kargo kendin gel al hizmeti deseler daha iyi olur sanırım. Tabi alabilirsem!
The mask I bought from Trendyol on August 30, 2020 was delivered to PTT cargo and reached Odunpazarı PTT on September 03, 20202. However, on September 7, 2020, I still did not receive it, no one came or went. I called 4441788 customer service in the evening, but although I waited for 35 minutes and 20 seconds, there was no answer. I called for the second time, this time, although I waited for 15 minutes, there was no answer again! I do not understand what kind of service this is.
