 If this place was a hotel, make sure it would not be lower than 150-200 per night. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, there is security and parking, there is air conditioning-TV-mini fridge. There is hot water 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haftasonu Samsun gezimizde burda kalmaya karar verdik. Konum olarak mükemmel, sinop yolu kenarında hemen, yeşilyurt avm ye çok yakın. Fiyatıda nispeten uygun. Yalnız resepsiyonda çalışan bulmak imkansız, hava serindi battaniye istedik malesef gelen giden olmadı. Girişteki güvenlik personeli arkadaşlar arada gelip resepsiyona bakıyorlar. Özellikle sıvı sabun kabına taktım kafayı, çürümüş resmen ya metal ve paslanmış, mide bulandırıcı....
We decided to stay here on our weekend trip to Samsun. The location is perfect, right by the sinop road, very close to Yeşilyurt AVM. It is relatively affordable in price. It is impossible to find an employee at the reception alone, the weather was cool, we asked for a blanket, unfortunately, there was no one coming. Security personnel at the entrance come together and look at the reception. I was especially obsessed with the liquid soap container, it was rotten, either metal and rusted, nauseating....
