★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kimseye kargosunu teslim etmiyorlar bütün gün evdeydim kapımı bile çalmadılar. Her zamanki adres ilk defa kargo siparişi vermiyorum. Berbat bir hizmeti var. Kapına bile uğramadan temsilci şubeye gönderiyorlar. Ayrıca 1 haftadan fazla kargonun gelmesini bekliyorsunuz. Resmen müşteriyle dalga geçiyorlar.
 They don't deliver their cargo to anyone I was at home all day, they didn't even knock on my door. I do not order cargo for the first time in the usual address. It has a terrible service. They send the representative to the branch without even visiting the door. You also expect more than 1 week of cargo to arrive. They are officially making fun of the customer.

özel kargo firmalarının hiçbirinde yaşamadığım sıkıntıyı bu firmada yaşadım. sabahtan beri evde olmama rağmen kargonuz evde olmadığınız için teslim edilemedi mesajıyla ücretini ödediğim hizmetten faydalanamıyorum ve benden 1 saat uzaklıktaki şubeye gitmek zorunda bırakılıyorum.

I experienced the problem in this firm that I did not experience in any of the private cargo companies.
