 I've been waiting for a card for 2 days. They write to the system that the address could not be found. I tell all companies that work with PTT, this will not work with PTT, they do not bring anything, neither cargo nor envelope.

There is no caller, no one asks, but they say that the cargo could not be delivered due to the change of address and they send the cargo back, it is nonsense even though I am at the same address all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 09 april 2019 i get message from main PPT that my document has been posted on my adress (Antalya, Belek) with barcode number. i open main website PPT to check when my document will come on my adress, as i see 10 of april it was sent from Ankara to antalya, 11 april its came to Antalya, 12 april its came PTT SERIK. untill now i didnt get my document, its passed alredy around one week. My document stipl staing in PTT Serik! This paper very importent for me! please, make attintion on my complaine and fix it
