★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aynı gün ptt kargodan bir ürünüm geliyor alıyorum.arkasından mesaj geliyor diğer kargom için (gönderiniz adresinizde bulunmamanız nedeni ile şubeye bırakılmıştır diye) şaka gibi bizzat kendim alacakmışım .Tlf bakan yok bilgi yok kapıda kağıt yok , çalışamama tarzınızdan dolayı tebrik ediyorum.kesinlikle ptt kargo ile gönderi yapmayınız.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hepsiburada sitesi üzerinden vermiş olduğum siparişim ertesi günü kargoya verildi. 5 Mayıs 2020 tarihinde Mersin Metropol PTT şubesine verilen kargom günlerce yola çıkmayınca ve tarih 14 Mayıs olunca şubeyi aradım. Şubedeki kadın telefonda bana ürünümün ellerinde olduğunu ancak o şubeden dağıtım yapılmadığını gelip kendimin almasını gerektiğini söyledi kendileri dağıtım şubesi değilmiş. Ben İstanbul'da ikamet ediyorum. Madem dağıtım şirketi değil o zaman alıcı adresini görerek alıyorlarsa kargoyu kabulde etmemeleri gerekir. Bu durumdan işkillenerek mağaza sahibini aradım ve durumu anlattım kendisi olaya el attı ve şubeye giderek bana gönderilmek üzere vermiş olduğu kargoyu geri almak istediğini belirtti bakın ki ne olmuş kargom kayıp! İşte bu Mersin şubesinde kadının yalancılığı bana biz dagıtım yapmıyoruz bunun için bizi değil dağıtımdan sorumlu numarayı arayın demesi ters konuşması ve sonuç. Yalancılık muhtemelen malımada konmuştur kendisi. Neyse ki mağaza sahibi bana yeniden aynı ürünü gönderecek ama yazık çok yazık böyle insanlar bizlerin hakkını yiyor!
My order that I placed on Hepsiburada site was shipped the next day. On May 5, 2020, I called the branch when my cargo, which was given to Mersin Metropol PTT branch, did not leave for days and when the date was 14 May. The woman at the branch told me on the phone that my product was in their hands, but that there was no distribution from that branch and that I should buy it myself. I live in Istanbul. If it is not the distribution company, then they should not accept the cargo if they receive it by seeing the receiver address. I was tortured by this situation, I called the store owner and explained the situation, he got into the incident and went to the branch and said that he wanted to take back the cargo he had sent to me. Here is the lie of the woman in this Mersin branch, we do not distribute it to me, not to us, call the number responsible for distribution, the reverse talk and the result. Lying is probably put in the product itself. Fortunately, the owner of the store will send me the same product again, but it is a shame that such people are right for us!
