They don't pick up the phone. Everyone passes their own business to someone else. Null.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefona asla cevap vermezler. Kargonuz ile ilgili bilgileri internet takibinde göremezsiniz. Çünkü barkod numarası verirler ve Mersin de takılı kalan kargonuz ile ilgili asla işlem yapmazlar. Kıbrıs'a bir buçuk aydır kargomu göndermedikleri gibi hiç bir şekilde telefonu da açmıyorlar.
They never answer the phone. You cannot see the information about your cargo in internet tracking. Because they give a barcode number and they never take any action regarding your cargo stuck in Mersin. As they have not sent my cargo to Cyprus for a month and a half, they do not answer the phone at all.
