There is no answer to the phones , when 1 out of 100 calls is picked up , they say they can come and get it tomorrow , they say they are in distribution when they go tomorrow . They say wait 20 minutes and they will come and they never come. They are going to the distribution, but in the message we received, they say that we could not deliver because you are not at the address, when they ask this, they say that it is a general message, they say we do not go to the address, so there is no disgrace.
