12 days ago my cargo arrived at PTT branch. A week ago I went to the Ortakent branch to get it from the Konacık distribution center, they said it will be distributed within 2 days, my cargo is still missing.

Dışarıda 30 kişi bekliyor ve içeride sadece 1 kişi yüzlerce kargo arasından aradığını bulmaya çalışıyor. 1.30 saatten beri burdayım hâlâ kargoyu alamadım bekliyorum.. Ne bir sorumlu nede bir yardımcı olan. Lütfen bu yorum görülsün ve buraya bir el atılsın.

30 people are waiting outside and only 1 person inside is trying to find what he is looking for among hundreds of cargo. I've been here since 1.30 hours, I still haven't received the cargo, I'm waiting.. Neither a responsible nor a helper. Please see this comment and give a hand here.
