I placed an order on the internet on 17.07.2020. If I knew that the company was working with PTT Cargo, I would never have placed this order, it's a separate subject. My cargo, which can only arrive in 3 days from the 4-hour road to our settlement, is now 27.07.2020 and has not been received since the morning of 23.07.2020. When I look at the cargo tracking, the village seems to be waiting for distribution. Although my residence, which was formerly a village, has been a neighborhood affiliated to the center for many years, it still continues to be evaluated by PTT in the same category as villages that are at least 30-40 km away from the center. On top of that, I say that PTT Cargo is the worst cargo company that does not work customer-oriented, has not gotten its professionalism, and I am unfortunate to be addressed, I am complaining to the end.

The identity card for my newborn child came from Ankara to the branch in 1 day. I have been waiting for it to be distributed from the branch for a week. I went to the branch today, but it's possible to wait in line. There are at least 100 people in line. No official does not see this situation. If the staff is insufficient, recruit new staff so things can go on. How nobody sees this situation at such a time is unbelievable
