If there was 0 stars, I would have given it directly. The most disgraceful, the worst quality, the worst cargo branch. They could not deliver the cargo that came from Istanbul in 1 day for 5 days. I am calling the PTT general call center, they say they will take care of it and they do nothing, do not use it is regret.

Hani 10 15 kişi de çalışıyor kargo şubesinde gittim bizzat gördüm neden yoğunluğu bahane edersin ki senin işin bu dağıtıma çıkman çok mu zor. Kısaca şirketin adını kirleten rez1l insanlarla dolu bir yer. Ankara da kargom gelir gelmez dağıtıma çıkıyor. Ama bu çalışanları köylü geri mantıklı insanların çalıştığı yerde gelmiyor :) They made my cargo wait for 4 days and when I went to the branch, they scolded me. I definitely do not recommend working with a cargo that works with the peasant logic. Kargoya gittim kartınızı bulamadık biz sizi ararız dediler 5 gündür kimse aramadı mağdur ettiler hiç memnun değilim. Telefonlara da asla bakılmıyor My debit card will come, but it hasn't come for more than a week. N	Neslihan YILDIRIM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok geciktiriyorlar bazen de insanın bir an önce yapması gereken ihtiyacı oluyor yürüyerek 10dk bile olmayan mesafedeki yere bile( takipte bakıyoruz gelmiş )ama eve gelmesi de en az 1gün sürüyor hangi devirde yaşıyoruz.nasil bir zahmet oluyorsa getiremiyorlar .... mumkun olduğu kadar kullanmamaya çalışıyorum onlarında canına minnettir tabii. Ama diğer kargo firmaları aldığını sonuna kadar hak ediyor (yurtiçi,Aras,sürat vb.) işini düzgün yapan herkesten Allah razı olsun. They delay it a lot, and sometimes people have a need to do it as soon as possible, even to a place that is not even 10 minutes away by walking (we are looking at it, we are looking at it) but it takes at least 1 day to come home, in which age we live. I try not to use them as much as possible, of course, they are grateful for their lives. But other cargo companies deserve all they get (domestic, Aras, speed, etc.) God bless everyone who does their job properly.
M	Mustafa Simsek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 gündür şubede bekletilen kargo! şubeyi arıyorum telefonu açan yok. müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum aşırı yoğunluktan dolayı dağıtıma çıkarılamadı diyor! kesin öyledir zaten bir tek ptt kargoda aşırı yoğunluk var aras kargo yurtiçi kargo makine gibi çalışıyor. Cargo waiting at the branch for 5 days! I'm calling the branch, no one picks up the phone. I call customer service, it says it could not be delivered due to excessive density! it is definitely so, there is an excessive density in only one ptt cargo, aras cargo works like a domestic cargo machine.
A	Ayşe Erarslan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargolarım gelmiyor.Sıfır puan olsa sıfır verirdim.Kargomu halen ulaştırmadılar.Ayrıca telefonla bakmiyorlar.Bir kargo satıcı tarafından istanbuldan 2 günde ellerine ulaştırıyor ama bunlar 10günde kargoyu göndermiyorlar.Her gün oturup evde kargomumu bekleyeceğim.Küçük bir seyde degilki gidip alsam.Koskoca firin... My parcels are not coming. If there were zero points, I would give zero. They still have not delivered my cargo. Besides, they do not answer the phone. A cargo seller delivers it to them in 2 days from Istanbul, but they do not send the cargo in 10 days. I will sit at home every day and wait for my cargo. It is not a small thing if I go and pick it up. .
