Müşteri hizmetlerine asla ulaşamıyorum. Lütfen kargomu bugün teslim edin.! I have 2 boxes in the branch expected to be distributed for how many days. There are my books in one of them and products that can be spoiled in the other. I can never reach customer service. Please deliver my cargo today!

Kargom dağıtıma çıktı fakat verilen adresimle telefon numaram yanlış sabahın 9.30'un dan beri 14.30 oldu saat hala arıyorum bir Allah'ın kulu yine açmadı. Ana merkezi arıyorum belki bağlarlar diye onlar da açmıyor. Açıyorlar ses geliyor geri kapatıyorlar. Osmaniye de ptt ye dair aramadığım şube kalmadı belki bağlarlar açan olur diye tek bir şube dahi açmadı telefonumu. Allah sizi bildiği gibi yapsın. I gave it 5 points for it to be on top. May Allah make the branch and the institution just as you know. My cargo was distributed, but my address and phone number have been wrong since 9.30 in the morning, it has been 14.30. Borcumuz falan olduğunda anında buluyorsunuz evi. Biz bir şey sipariş ettiğimizde neden bulamıyorsunuz şu evi. Sanki ormanda yaşıyoruz da bulamıyorsunuz. Madem getirmeyeceksiniz eve kapıda ödeme hizmeti vermiyoruz deyin. Gerçi şubeye geldiğimizde de kargonuz dağıtıma çıktı dersiniz. Bıktım her siparişte aynı şeyleri yaşamaktan. Since yesterday, my cargo has been seen in the distribution and it hasn't arrived yet, today xier says my cargo is also in distribution and you are not there.
Ş	Şeyma Tabara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arıyorum açmıyorlar. Dağıtıma çıktığına dair SMS atmadilar. Eve gelmişler sözde bulamamışlar halbuki evdeydim. Msj dahi atma gereği duymadilar. Sorumsuz bir yer. I'm looking, they don't open. They did not send an SMS that it is out for distribution. They came to the house and supposedly could not find it, although I was at home. They didn't even feel the need to send a msg. It's a hassle free place.
