Sorun nerede bilmiyorum ama ne kadar şikayet edilse de genel müdürlük herhangi bir işlem yapmıyor. Ne arama var ne dağıtım var! Kargo konusunda sıfır puan 1 bile çok. Adrese gelmeyi bırak benim olduğum köye geldiği yok, eger kuryeler adrese getirmiyor ise ne diye kapıda ödeme olarak ekstra para veriyoruz,kapida ödeme kurumda odeme olacak ama neyse zaten böyle bir hizmet yok ve ya ben görmedim. Buradan kargosunu isteyecekler iki kere düşünsün derim hele ki kuruma uzak olan köyler ve ya imkanı olmayanlar DİKKAT!
