★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet. Kargoyu dağıtımda gösterip ardından 1 dk sonra adreste yok gösterip en son köy dağıtımına tabi yapıp sizi şube de 1 saat sıra beklemeye mecbur bırakıyorlar. Kargo 11 günde gelmesi de diğer bir olumsuz durum. Uzak durun.
 Disgrace. They show the cargo in distribution and then show up at the address after 1 minute and make you subject to the last village distribution and they force you to wait at the branch for 1 hour. Another negative situation is that the cargo arrives in 11 days. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yani bir kargo neden hala eve gelmez ki kaç gündür şubede fakat hala dağıtıma çıkmadı neyi bekliyorlar anlamadım ki insanları bu kadar mağdur etmenin anlamı yok!!!
I mean, why a cargo still does not come home for how many days it has been in the branch, but it has not been delivered yet, I do not understand what they are waiting for, there is no point in making people suffer so much !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 haftadan fazla oldu kargo hala dağıtıma çıkmadı.Siparisimin kargoya verildiği belirtiliyor ama kargo hala gelmedi.Universite sınavı için kitap sipariş etmiştim ve ben bir haftadır ptt' den kargo bekliyorum.Insan olsanız ki değilsiniz işinizi hakkıyla yapıp helal para alırsınız.Eger daha da gelmezse kargo gerekli yere şikayette bulunacağım bilginize...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 gün boyunca bir kargo niye dağıtıma çıkmaz iptal ettikten sonra kargoyu teslime getirmek nedir? 1 hafta önce bir kargom daha geldi bugün mesaj geldi kargonuz dağıtıma çıktı diye ilk defa pttden yana yüzüm gülecek dedim bu kezde dağıtımdaki arkadaş aradı adresi sordu neyse oraya gelince ararım diyip kapattı, şimdide mesaj geldi kargonuzu şubeden teslim alabilirsiniz diye yazık. Sırf aramış olmak için arıyorsunuz kargoyu teslim etmek için degil. Eğer yaptığınız işin hakkını vermeyecekseniz bırakın o işi layıgıyla yapacak bir sürü insan var kimseyi mağdur etmeye hakkınız yok !
Why can't a cargo be delivered for 30 days? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hem telefonu açmıyorlar hem de her seferinde neredeyse yola kadar taşan bir sıra var... Bunca olumsuz değerlendirmeye rağmen neden hala hiç bir işlem yapılmıyor? Daha fazla çalışan alın mesela? Telefonları açsınlar mesela?
They don't answer the phone and there is a line that almost overflows the road every time... Why is there still no action taken despite all these negative reviews? For example, get more employees? For example, should they pick up the phones?

They don't do their job in any way, they don't even respect the disabled card, we call, even the line does not drop, urgent intervention is required, we as a people are confused what to do if they will not answer the phone, why do they give a phone number on the site?
