Really bad service. My parcels from PTT never reach my home, I always have to go to the branch and pick them up.

He asked me to take off my mask, even though I gave my ID and cargo delivery number to the woman wearing glasses at the branch. There is a pandemic all over the world, there is a mask requirement, and I am 8.5 months pregnant. He also had a very obscene and vulgar way of speaking. He put my health and everyone else's health at risk. I never choose what I prefer.

Every time I check the addresses and information to the gentleman at the PTT, I send the shipment. Each time either his name or surname is written incorrectly, I have an incredible problem, I have been trying to solve it for days, I have been trying to solve it for days, he sent the cargo I paid for with a counter payment, whereas I paid for it, it was a gift that went out, I am extremely embarrassed to the person who will receive it. I've been doing what they are doing, they take the fee from us, somehow they take it from the other side and they try to reach where they are trying to reach, there is no solution, they even respond by being lazy. It's impossible not to go crazy, don't do the job you don't like in this country.

Often long queues. Opening times could be better. The staff is not rude, but not really friendly either. Once I was standing in line and at 3:30 p.m. to the second it was closed. Not exactly customer-friendly….

Small office. The staff is good, but do not know English and Russian, unfortunately. There is no philatelic department, you can only buy standard stamps, but they could not explain where you can buy philatelic stamps. But now in each branch of Ptt you can find free postcards with views of Turkey (in different branches there are different). You can send it to friends as a souvenir. For international shipping, you need to buy a stamp for 3.7 lira.
