Ich war gegen 9:00 vor der Tür und es war niemand drin bzw. die Tür war verschlossen. Obwohl sie um 8:30 geöffnet haben sollten. Eine andere Person hat auch gewartet.
Unreliable opening times!
I was in front of the door around 9:00 and there was nobody in or the door was locked. Although they should be open at 8:30. Another person was waiting too.

It would be better if one stated that it will be open on Monday and Thursday in winter, it is not nice that a world road is closed at this diesel price.
