Adres açık evdeyim ve kargoyu bekliyorum ama bana işyerinden teslim almam gerektiğini söyleyen msj geliyor. Müşteri temsilcisiyle konuşmama rağmen bir işe yaramadı. Daha öncede bu tarz sorunlar yaşadım gerçekten bu konuda çok çok kötü bir firma. Kargo dağıtımına gerekli önem verilmiyor. PTT ile savaş veriyoruz resmen.. ne ara geldiniz de yoktuk biz? bi ara la haber ver. gelip ben alayım.. ben gittiğimde de kargo 'kaçırmışsınız' dedi eleman.. lan ben kargoyu mu kovalıcam? bi sms bari ataydınız o kadar vergi veriyoruz ufacık pakete.. yok yere kargo parası vermiş oldum şimdi.. 100 metre lan evim 100 METREEEEE!!! 10 saniyelik telefon ne kadar zor olabilir yaa?
