Ürün geri gitsin başka kargodan sipariş verip fazlasını ödeyin. Rezil bir yer. Devletin posta servisi ve onun çalışanı bu kadar terbiyesiz olabilirdi.
One star is too much. The employee officially insulted me. Neither cargo nor cargo is received. Even if you have to, do not bother to go and buy it. The product goes back, order from another cargo and pay more. It's an infamous place. The state postal service and its employee could have been so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dünyanın en kötü ve en yavaş şubesi. Hiçbir zaman hızlı bir şekilde işlerimi halledemedim en az 30 dakika bekletirler, sıra olur ya da gişe de arıza vardır. Gişe çalışanlarının nezaketsizliği ve zerre kadar müşteri odaklı olmaması cabası. Covid den madur olduğumuz, herşeyimizin kargoyla hallolduğu bu dönemde en azından kargo gişesini 2 yada 3 e çıkarmazsanız benim gibi müşteriler daha çok madur olacak.
The worst and slowest branch in the world. I have never been able to get things done quickly. They wait at least 30 minutes, there is a queue or there is a breakdown at the box office. Not to mention the rudeness of the counter staff and not being customer-oriented in the least. In this period when we are mad from Covid and everything is settled by cargo, customers like me will be more madur if you do not increase the cargo to 2 or 3 at least.

A really bad branch. Do not go, friends, go to the branch in the university. Ignorant people in the mode of "I'll close my eyes and do my duty" as civil servants whose employees you know. May Allah not let the ptt and ptt send it to cargo.
