 my cargo arrived from istanbul to finike in 2 days. He could not come from Finike to Hasyurt for 1 week. I'm calling, they don't pick up the phone. disgrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sabah 8de ellerine ulaşan kargom 6 dakika uzaktaki adresime gönderilmediğinden ertesi gün telefonla kargomu sorduğumda işlerinin yoğunluğundan büğünde getiremiyeceklerini söylediler kendim gidip almam gerekiyor.
I arrived at 8 am in the morning to reach the address 6 minutes away from the cargo the next day when I asked him to call the cargo in the intensity of the work they said they can not bring the big I need to go and buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keşke 0 puan vermek mümkün olsaydı!!! 3 günde İstanbul'dan Finike'ye gelen kargom ne hikmetse 7 gündür Finike şubesinde bekliyor bu kadar olamaz şaka gibi. 1 haftadır da verilen telefonu arıyorum bir kere bile açılmadı. Madem açmıcaksınız iletişim numarası niye ekliyorsunuz? Bu ilk ve son PTT Kargo kullanımım olacak ve bütün herkese yaptığınız ayıbı anlatacağım herkes bilsin ne kadar güvenilmeyecek bir firma olduğunuzu. 1 haftadır eve kapandık bebeğimle bugün gelir yarın gelir diye. Böyle giderse tarihte bi ilk olacaksınız ürün teslim etmeme konusunda!
I wish it was possible to give 0 points !!! Coming from Istanbul to Finike in 3 days, my cargo has been waiting at the Finike branch for 7 days, it is not a joke. I have been calling the phone for 1 week and it has not been opened once. If you will not open it, why are you adding the contact number? This will be my first and last use of PTT Cargo and I will tell everyone about the shame you have made, no matter how trustworthy you are. We closed home for a week, with my baby today, tomorrow will come. If so, you will be the first in history about not delivering products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gerçekten rezil bir şube. diğer kargolar gün içinde gelirken ptt asla kargoları teslim etmiyor. kargo bekletiliyor da bekletiliyor. telefonları mesai saatlerinde açan yok, mesai saati dışında zaten hiç... tam bir rezillik.
It's a really bad branch. While other cargos arrive during the day, PTT never delivers cargo. cargo is waiting. no one picks up the phones during working hours, no outside working hours anyway... a complete disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir şube, cahil bir çalışanları var, müdürü bile konuşmayı bilmiyor, sorunları çözemiyor, terbiyesiz saygısız bir hanımefendi. Kargonun eve geldiğini iddia ediyor oysa eve gelen giden yoktu , "haber bırakıldı" diyor, ne kağıt ne başka birşey kapıda yoktu, zaten gelseler biz evdeydik. Bunları anlattığımda müdürün cevabı "SUS, ben bir sorayım". terbiyesiz , saygısız, kültürsüz , konuşmayı bilmeyen cahil insanlar çalışıyor bu şubede. Rezalet!!!!
It is a disgraceful branch, it has an ignorant employee, even its manager does not know how to speak, cannot solve problems, an impertinent, disrespectful lady. He claims that the cargo came to the house, but no one came to the house, he says "the news was left", neither paper nor anything else was at the door, we were at home anyway. When I told them, the principal's response was "SUS, let me ask you". rude, disrespectful, uncultured, ignorant people who do not know how to speak work in this branch. Disgrace!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banka kartımı defalarca dağıtıma çıkarıp, evde olduğum halde getirmeyip evde olmadığımı iddia eden kuryenin çalıştığı şubedir. Kurye kesinlikle değişmeli. Çünkü işini asla yapmıyor. Ufacık bir yer burası ve sürekli evdeyim. Nasıl haftalardır gelmiyor bu kart. Herhangi bir durum olursa kime dava açacağız acaba? Banka kartım haftalardır kuryede rehin!!!
It is the branch where the courier works, who has repeatedly distributed my debit card and claimed that I was not at home but did not bring it even though I was at home. The courier should definitely change. Because he never does his job. It's a tiny place and I'm always at home. How is this card not coming for weeks? Who are we going to sue if anything happens? My debit card has been pawned by the courier for weeks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 haftadır kargom şubede gözüküyor hala elime ulaşmadı iş prensibiniz de çalışma şekliniz de berbat Allah sizin elinize düşürmesin. Nasıl kargo şirketisiniz telefonlara bile cevap vermiyorsunuz.
My cargo has been showing in the branch for a week and I still haven't received it. Your business principles and the way you work are terrible. May God not let it fall into your hands. How are you a cargo company, you don't even answer the phones.
