 Looking at the comments, I cannot comment on the cargo part, but office staff are faster and more helpful than most PTT offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Düzenli olarak gittiğim bir yer. Çalışanları çok etkili ve yardımcı oluyor. Dağıtım kısmında da hiç sorunla karşılaşmadım. Yorumlar neden negatif bilmiyorum ama özellikle pandemide iş yükü çok artan bu kişilere karşı biraz daha anlayışlı olmak gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
1 yıldız kırmamın sebebi ise kargo ve gişe işlemleri için sadece 1er kişi olması. Özellikle yoğun saatlerde ikinci bir kişi işlemleri oldukça hızlandıracaktır fakat malesef çok küçük bir ofis ve 4 kişiyi kaldırabileceğini düşünmüyorum.
It is a place I go regularly. Their employees are very effective and helpful. I did not encounter any problems in the distribution part. I do not know why the comments are negative, but I think it is necessary to be a little more understanding towards these people, whose work load is increasing, especially in the pandemic.
The reason I break 1 star is that it is only 1 person for cargo and box office operations. A second person will speed up the process especially during peak hours, but unfortunately I do not think it can handle a very small office and 4 people.
