İşlerimi en fazla 10-15 dakika içerisinde hallediyorum. Location, staff, operation, I think everything is great. There are some minor issues, of course, but overall I am satisfied. I get my work done in no more than 10-15 minutes.

I was going to ask where is my cargo, but no one is answering the phone, I don't know how many times I called, why do you leave a phone number if you are not going to answer the phone, remove that phone, it's a shame.

D	Doğan Karahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diğer PTT şubelerinde çok alışık olmadığım şekilde güler yüzlü cana yakın ve elinden geldiğince yardımcı olan personeli ile PTT Eryaman şubesi artık gittiğim tek PTT şubesi oldu. Tüm personele gönülden teşekkür ediyorum. The PTT Eryaman branch is now the only PTT branch I go to, with its friendly and helpful staff, which I am not accustomed to in other PTT branches. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff.

Şubenin hemen önünde park yeri bulunsa da genellikle park alanı dolu olduğu için caddenin biraz daha aşağı kısmına park etmeniz gerekebilir. İçerisi ferah ve oturulacak yerler mevcut. Çalışanlar ilgililer ve genellikle yönlendirme yapıyorlar. Numaratörden sıra alarak işlem gerçekleştiriyorsunuz. Bekleme süreleri yoğunluğa bağlı olarak 10-25 dk arasında değişebiliyor. Bölgede yer alan diğer ptt şubelerine göre çok daha hızlı işlem yapabiliyorsunuz. It is located in a very useful area due to its location. Although there is a parking lot right in front of the branch, you may need to park a little further down the street as the parking lot is usually full. The interior is spacious and has places to sit. Employees are interested and usually give direction. You perform the operation by taking the order from the numerator. Waiting times can vary between 10-25 minutes depending on the density. You can make transactions much faster than other post office branches in the region.
B	Baturalp Kipel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evde olduğumuz halde kağıt bırakıp gittiler. Ama Etimesguttan dağıtıma çıkıyormuş ekipler burayla alakalı değil. Güzel bir şube sıra beklemedim. Even though we were at home, they left paper and left. But the teams going out for distribution from Etimesgut are not relevant here. I didn't wait in line for a nice branch.
