★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo veya evrak gönderim ve alımlarda kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, bir haftadır kargom PTT de, en son 3. Gün olacak kargomu getirmediler. Telefonlara da bakmıyorlar, mademki getirip götürmeyeceksiniz ne diye bu işi yapıyorsunuz
 I definitely do not recommend sending and purchasing cargo or documents, they have not brought my cargo in PTT for a week, the last day will be the 3rd day. They do not look at the phones either, since you will not bring them or take them, why are you doing this job?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İstanbuldan gönderilen kargomun teslim edilmesi için 3 gündür evden dışarıya adım atmıyorum. Genel Müdürlüğü arıyorum akşama gelir diyorlar, erdemli şubeyi arıyorum (ki 5 aramadan 1'ine ancak cevap alabildim) cihet listesine eklendi, yarın inşallah dağıtıma çıkar dediler. Sonuçta 3. gün ancak gelebildi. Kargoyu teslim aldıktan 5 saat sonra da teslim etmek için kod gönderdiler iyi mi!!!! Tek kelimeyle BECERİKSİZLİK...... Bu kadar lakayt çalışmanız için başınızda bir de müdür olmasına hiç gerek yok aslında.
I have not stepped out of my house for 3 days to have my cargo sent from Istanbul delivered. I am calling the General Directorate, they say it will come in the evening, I am looking for the virtuous branch (which I could only get an answer out of 5 calls) was added to the list, and I hope it will be distributed tomorrow. After all, the 3rd day could only come. They sent a code to deliver the shipment within 5 hours after receiving it, okay !!!! In a word, INCOMPATIBILITY ...... Actually, you don't need to have a manager in your head for your reckless work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom Erdemli şubesinde olmasına rağmen iki gündür bana kargonuz daha gelmemiş diyerek teslim etmiyorlar içeriye girmek için en az 30 dakika kapıda bekliyorsunuz zaten. Yarın son kez gideceğim ve yine vermezlerse tüketici haklarını arayacağım. Lanet olsun sizin gibi firmaya 10 lira fazla verin kaliteli firmalari kullanın.
Although my cargo is in Erdemli branch, they do not deliver it to me for two days saying that your cargo has not arrived yet, you wait at the door for at least 30 minutes to enter. Tomorrow I will go for the last time and if they still do not give, I will call consumer rights. Damn, give a company like you 10 lira more, use quality companies.

Yetmiyor başkası alsın o zaman kargonuzu diyorsunuz rezilsiniz.
I am not at your address for 1 month, saying that I need to take my cargo today and I am coming to your branch to get my cargo that you have not been able to deliver for 2 days. I am waiting in line for 40 minutes and you are sending it back to me saying that your cargo has not left, there is nothing I can do. It is not enough, let someone else take it, then you say your cargo is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sadece adı kalmış hizmet sıfır. postacı evrakı eve getiriyor ne kapı çalıyor ne de telefon açıyor.kapıya adresinizde bulunamadı diye bir kağıt yapıştırıp gidiyorlar.ben şubeye gelip aldıktan sonra ne manası kaldı.rezillikten başka bir şey değil.
