★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eve gelmeyen kargomu elden almaya gittim, eşim adına kimliği ile almak istediğimde karşı çıktılar kendisinin alabileceğini ısrar ettiler. 48 dk sırada bekleyip 10 dk kargomu bulduktan sonra bana veremeyeceklerini söylediler, mağaza müdürü devreye girip işi iyice yokuşa sürdüler. Almak için ısrar ettiğimde güvenliği çağırıp dışarı çıkardılar. Müdür kesinlikle rezillikti.
I went to collect my cargo that did not come home, when I wanted to collect it on behalf of my wife with an ID, they objected and insisted that he could take it himself. After waiting in line for 48 minutes and finding my cargo for 10 minutes, they said that they could not deliver it to me, the store manager stepped in and took the job uphill. When I insisted to take it, they called security and took me out. The manager was absolutely disgraceful.
