Army PTT Cargo Service does not have "zero" at all! Since 5 days, my cargo has been kept in Ordu PTT Cargo Branch, no one is interested, no one to deliver it, no one to deal with, no answer to the phone! NO, NO NO, after that I do not send anything with PTT Cargo, repent !!!
