★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eskiden görevliler iyiydi de, şimdiki görevliler hiçbir şeye tahammül etmiyorlar. Fazladan şart koyuyorlar, diğer PTT'lere kıyasla. Küçük paket göndereceğiz (zaten paketimiz küçük paket cinsi), yok ebatlar 100 cm'yi geçmiş (ki geçmemiş), yok küçükler kargoya gidermiş. Alternatif PTT'lere yönelmek en iyi çare. Çarşının gözde PTT'si artık gözde değil.
The staff used to be good, but now the staff do not tolerate anything. They put extra requirements, compared to other PTTs. We will send small packages (our package is small package type anyway), no dimensions exceed 100 cm (which did not exceed), no small ones went to cargo. Turning to alternative PTTs is the best solution. The popular PTT of the bazaar is no longer popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşlemlerle hiç ilgilenilmiyor. Herkes baştan savma iş yapıyor. Sizi başından atmaya çalışıyorlar. Telefonları açmıyorlar hiç bir şekilde bilgi verilmiyor. Yapılması gereken işlemi yapicaz diyerek sizi gönderiyorlar ama yapılmıyor. Ben böyle iğrenç Bi şube görmedim. Ne bankalar var her şeyiyle ilgilenen. Ama burası tamamen skandal. Bununla ilgilenilsin lütfen işini hakkıyla yapmayanlar işten alınsın Bi zahmet....
Transactions are not taken care of at all. Everyone is doing a sloppy job. They're trying to kick you off. They do not answer the phones, no information is given. They send you saying they will do what needs to be done, but it is not done. I have never seen such a disgusting branch. There are no banks that take care of everything. But this place is completely scandalous. Let this be taken care of, please let those who do not do their job properly be fired. It's a hassle....

The letter I sent to the Netherlands a month ago for 6.5 TL became 25.15 lira on 30 12 2021. I was very sorry. 400 percent raise. May Allah leave this nation in the hands of conscientious people.
