★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 yıldız veriyorum görünsün üstte yorumum diye ptt yi aradım çok geç açılıyor telefon fakat açıldıktan sonra konuşmuyorlar telefonu açık bir köşeye koyuyorlar çünkü onların masa üzerindeki sesini duyabiliyorsunuz ama size cevap vermiyorlar ilgi yok çok kötü keşke daha ilgili olsalar
I give 5 stars, so I called PTT so that I could comment on the top. The phone turns on very late, but they don't talk after it is turned on, they put the phone in an open corner because you can hear their voices on the table but they do not answer you, very bad, I wish they were more interested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evde olduğum halde yurtdışından gelen kargomu teslim etmediler. Bir de sokağa çıkma yasağı varken yürüme mesafesinde bile olmayan şubeye çağırıyorlar. Böyle büyük bir rezalet başka bir ülkede olmaz.
Even though I was at home, they did not deliver my cargo from abroad. And when there is a curfew, they call them to a branch that is not even within walking distance. Such a great disgrace does not happen in any other country.

En ufak sorununuzda bile her zaman içtenlikle yardımcı oluyorlar. Özellikle yabancı insanlar için bu hizmetin kalitesi çok önemli ve iyi ki varsınız. Sizinle çalışmak çok güzel.
