★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ptt in general is pretty poor however the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the staff member there tried to be as helpful as possible within the constraints of ptt rules. For example they only ship a certain size box (approx. dimensions of a desktop computer) and nothing bigger (even for an extra charge). The day I went the system was down again, apparently is goes down every 3 days or so so beware. I had to wait 1.5 hours to have my box accepted to be shipped and I paid an arm and a leg.
