I've never seen such a bad cargo branch in my life, I think the actors are using the product themselves, waiting in the branch for 10 days ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Defalarca aramama rağmen açan yok .. bir taraftan PTT İstanbul Uluslararası posta dağıtım şirketi ni arıyorum kargom nerede diyorum yurtdışı na iade oldu diyorlar. Gönderi yada barkod kodu soruyorum kim iade etti diyorum bilmiyorum diyor bana görevli diye orada oturan vatandaş... Sonra tekrar tekrar aradıktan sonra kartal PTT şube iade yapmış diyor . Nereye iade yapmış diyorum, bize diyor . Şaka gibi .. aklı olan birisi orada otursa daha iyi olur.. sonra tuzla kargo işleme merkezinde en son diyor.. 2 ay uğraştıktan sonra.. ama tuzlaişleme merkezine ulaşabilen şampiyon olur... mümkün değil..
I am looking for PTT Istanbul International postal distribution company, on the one hand, and asking where my cargo has been returned abroad. I ask the shipment or the barcode code, I do not know who returned it, the citizen who is sitting there says to me ... Then after repeated calls, the eagle says that the PTT branch has made a refund. Where did I say the refund, he says to us. Like a joke .. it would be better if someone with a mind sits there .. then says the last time at the cargo processing center with salt .. After 2 months of struggling .. but the champion who can reach the salting center ... is not possible ..

04/12/2019 - 04:48:16 delivery is still not in the distribution and I've been looking for since the morning I'm certainly not opening any other branches in salt I'm looking for other branches

They keep my parcel waiting for 5 days. I call, no one picks up. I call customer service, no one has a solution. Don't be offended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ulan terbiyesizler bir telefona cevap verin be......Nasıl bir kurumsunuz siz. Önemli bir evrağım var ulaşması gereken 4 gündür elime geçmedi arıyorum kimse cevap vermiyor.
Bu yorumları hiç okumuyorlarmı yöneticisi yokmu bu kurumun.Bu ilk değil daha öncede aksaklıklar yaşadım fakat bunlarda çözüm yok.
You rude people, answer a phone......What kind of institution are you? I have an important document, it has to arrive for 4 days, I haven't received it, I'm calling, no one answers.
Do they not read these comments at all? Is there a manager of this institution? This is not the first time, I have had problems before, but there is no solution for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne kadar iğrenç bir çalışma şekli, ne terbiyesizlik telefona dahi asla cevap vermiyorlar. 5 gündür kargom dağıtım şubesinde, asla gideceği yere ulaştırılmıyor. Çağrı merkezinin tek bir çözümü yok.
What a disgusting way of working, what rudeness they never even answer the phone. For 5 days, my cargo is at the distribution branch, and it is never delivered to its destination. The call center does not have a single solution.
