Ayın 5inde ptt ile verilen İnternet siparişi çoktan alıcıya ulaşmışken ayın 4ünde verdiğim kargo hala ulaşmamış. Tam bir rezalet mecbur kalmadıkça asla ptt kullanmam. Bir de alıcıya mesah atmışlar sürpriz mürpriz kalmadı sayenizde, alıcıya atacağınıza kargoyu zamanında teslim edin. 4 gündür kargom niye Kırıkkale şubede bekliyor? Arasalardı avlu içine atmalarını söyleyecektim. Şuan karantinadayız gidip alamayız da. Hizmet 0. 15 defa aradım kırıkkaledeki tüm şubeleri. Hiçbiri telefonları açmıyor. Kargonun tekrar dağıtıma çıkarılıp teslim edilmesini istiycem durumumu belirtip ama telefonu açan yok . Size coronalı bir şekilde gelip kargoyu almak müstahak ama neyse..
