I am a student preparing for the university exam and I expect the books to arrive. You don't pick up the phones or deliver the cargo. You are the worst cargo company I have ever seen, I never halal my right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezil bir şirket. Kargo eve getirmede evde kimse yok diyorlar. 20 nisanda gönderdiğim kargo daha ulaşamadı. Daha önceden aynısı oldu. Bir yıldızı da yazmaya mecbur olduğum için verdim. 4441788 kargo numarasını arıyorum sürekli meşgul.
An infamous company. They say there is no one in the house to bring the cargo home. The cargo I sent on April 20 could not reach yet. The same has happened before. I gave one star because I had to write it. I'm calling the 4441788 cargo number, it is always busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iceride görünür 4 personel olmasına rağmen 2 personelin işyapiyor gibi olması, işlerin aşırı yavaş ilerlemesi, aşırı bir insan yoğunluğu, personellerin sorulan sorulara cevap vermemesi.. ptt de işiniz varsa buraya uğramayın başka şubede halledin . 2 yıldızı da işimi sonunda halledebildiğim için veriyorum.
Although there are 4 personnel visible inside, 2 personnel seem to be doing business, the work progresses extremely slowly, there is an excessive human density, the personnel do not answer the questions ... If you have a job at PTT, do not stop here and take care of it in another branch. I give 2 stars because I can finally get my job done.
