Çalışanların, kendilerini müşterilerden üstün görmelerinin, sebepsiz yere azarlamalarının sebebini merak ediyorum doğrusu. Böylesine adını duyuran bir kargo şirketinin böyle çalışanlarının olması kalitesini düşürüyor.
It is not like to be rated, the most egotistical people I have ever seen in my life work here. Honestly, I wonder why the employees see themselves as superior to the customers and scold them for no reason. Having such employees of a cargo company that makes such a name lowers its quality.

Ego dışında bir boklari yok. İnsan gibi hizmet edemiyorlar. para kazaniyorsan hizmet edeceksin arkadaşım . Yolsuzlukta zirve noktaya gelmiş PTT işte böyle böyle görüyoruz nerde vasıfsız var PTT gibi yerlerde üst düzey memur. Sonucu bu işte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom adreste bulunduğum halde adrese gelmiyor. Hem adresime getirmiyorlar, hem de güya adreste bulunmadığımdan dolayı şubeden almam gerektiğini söylüyorlar. Ve bu PTT ile yaşadığım ilk vaka değil. Bunun gibi kaç defa daha aynısı oldu. Ne zaman PTT kargom gelse şubede sıra bekleyip teslim almak zorunda kalıyorum. Diğer kargo şirketleriyle hiç böyle bir sıkıntı yaşamıyorum. Bunun kesinlikle düzeltilmesi lazım.
My cargo does not arrive at the address even though I am at the address. They do not bring it to my address, and they say that I have to buy it from the branch because I am not at the address. And this is not the first case I have had with PTT. How many times has the same happened like this? Whenever my PTT cargo arrives, I have to wait in line at the branch and receive it. I do not have such a problem with other cargo companies. This definitely needs to be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ defalarca aramama rağmen hiçbir şubesine ulaşamadım. internetten baktığımda açık olarak göründüğü için gittim ve kapalıydı. görevli memurlardan bahsetmiyorum bile. devlet kurumu vasfını kesinlikle taşımıyor. tek yıldızı bile hak etmiyor ama yorum yapmak için işaretliyorum.
I couldn't reach any of the branches despite calling many times. I went because it was open when I looked online and it was closed. Not to mention the officers on duty. It certainly does not qualify as a state institution. It doesn't even deserve one star but I'm flagging it for comment.

I have never seen such a ridiculous job. We pay a fee at the door. We are at home, but they take us because you are not at home. What is it, it will be taken in case of application in person, so why we pay you to bring it home, they do not do a proper job. PTT IS A AWFUL BRANCH.
