★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terapiye ihtiyacınız olduğunu düşünüyorsanız ve karar verme aşamasındaysanız doğru yerdesiniz. Böyle bir zamanda ve girişimde insan güvenmek istiyor. Çünkü belki kendinize bile itiraf edemediğiniz konuları ve düşünceleri terapistiniz sayesinde açığa çıkarıyorsunuz . Yargılanmamak (bunun ihtimalini düşünmek bile çok sarsıcı terapi süreci için) , rahat hissetmek, duygu ve düşüncelerinizi açıkça ifade edebilmek, kendinize güvenli bir alan oluşturabilmek çok önemli bu yolda Ayşe ablamla (samimiyetimizden dolayı abla diyorum) bunları başardığımız için çok mutluyum. Kendime yaptığım en büyük iyilik Ayşe ablamla terapiye başlamak :))
