I wish they would have called to inquire about our child's condition. It would have been better if we had been told in the next session instead of saying on the phone that we had to pay the fee for the session we did not attend or the fee for the next session. These were in no way made clear before you started the sessions. I didn't want to pay as these were not told in advance. When we went to the next session, it was said that because you did not pay for the session, we arranged another consultant for the time of your session. We were told that there was no need to inform you because you did not pay the fee.
