Not to the company, but to the personnel who do this job, I do not halal the money they earn from my transportation.

They provided service for Istanbul with the vehicle coming from Ankara. The team that came to the house was very fast and professional. The protection products they use to pack are tremendous. You pay in m3 for international transport. And this is why the placement of your belongings on the truck becomes very important. In this regard, they acted absolutely meticulously and with maximum stacking. After our belongings were taken from the house, they stayed in their warehouses for a while until we found a house. Then, like all international shipping companies, Protrans couldn't say that it would go in exactly that many days, so we asked for delivery, leaving a one-day interval on the time we found a house. This process also went smoothly. The team in Germany was also fast and meticulous. In international transport, there are permits to be taken in that city/street. This process belongs to you, so any problems that may arise. Thankfully, that process, which seemed to be going to be problematic, also took place without any problems. They assembled our disassembled items. Even the thin glass jars I used in the kitchen came intact. I can say that they offer a very nice and meticulous service especially for international shipping.

I have never seen such systematic, organized and regular work. We had a completely stress-free move with a wonderful team of wonderful people. We thank you!
