Şehir dışında olduğumuz için 5 gün sonrasında arayarak bakımın yapılmasını istedik (30.11.2019). 2 yıllık bakım hakkını hiç kullanmadık bilerek son zamana bıraktık. Onu da İş gereği mecburiyetten şehir dışında olduğumuzdan sözleşme bitiminden 5 gün sonrası yapılmasını istedik. 5 gün önce (3 aydır başka ildeyiz) evde olamayacağımızı belirttik. 2017 yılında 325 tl verdiğimiz bakımı yapmayacaklarını belirttiler para çöpe gitti. Gerçekten çok yazık. Altı üstü 5 gün geç kaldık ve bu hakkımızdı. Hakkımız olanı normal zamanda neden kullanmayalım zaten enayi değiliz ama bazı şartlardan dolayı kullanamadık yardımcı olun dediğimizde ise yüzümüze kapandı telefonlar. Umarım yardımcı olursunuz yoksa bir daha kesinlikle sizin bakımınızı yaptırmayacağım.
We had a contract with Proterm Energy (combi) company (25.11.2017). Since we were out of the city, we called 5 days later and asked for maintenance (30.11.2019). Knowing that we have never used the right to care for 2 years, we left it to the last time. We wanted him to be done 5 days after the end of the contract as we were out of town due to the necessity of the business. 5 days ago (3 months in another province) said that we can not be at home. In 2017, 325 TL said they would not care we gave money went to the trash. Really a shame. We're only five days late, and that was our right. Our right to use the normal time why we are not already sucker, but we could not use it because of some conditions we could not help when we closed our phones. I hope you will help or I will never have your care again.
