Eğer spora benim gibi yeni başlayan biriyseniz önermiyorum.önceden gym tecrübeniz varsa gidilebilir.Ama kızsanız, uzun saçlı olan size baya yardımcı olur erkekseniz yardım beklemeyin kızlara baya yardım ediyor erkeklere : 0 yardım.
ilgilenme 0 uzun saçlı bir çocuk var arkadan bağlı oraya bakan ,hangi aletleri yapmalıyım diye sordum bana şu 3 aleti yap dedi (hareketleri yanlış yapmışım, ön ısınma kardiyo falan varmış hiçbirini göstermedi ordakiler söyledi 3 gün heryerim ağrıdı hareket ettiremedim kardiyo yapmadığım için) 3 hareketi yaptıktan sonra başka ne yapayım dedim dediki : kardeşim ben ağırlık çalışıyorum yardımcı olamam dedi .Abi senin görevin bize göstermek sen oraya spor yapmak için gelmişsin gıcık oldum .Duvarda da kağıt varmış o plana göre yapıyormuşuz onu da söylemedi 2. Hafta oradaki arkadaşlardan öğredim. Anlayacağınız tek başınasınız yardım falan beklemeyin gidiyorsanız. 3 hafta gittim sonra bıraktım
