Prof. Dr. Raci Bademli 1946 yılında İstanbul'da doğdu. Şehir ve Bölge Planlama Bölümü'nden mezun olan ve akademik yaşantısını mezun olduğu okulda sürdürerek bölümün öğretim üyeleri arasında yer alan Prof. Bademli,
Birleşmiş Milletler ve Dünya Bankasının Cezayir, Afganistan, Vietnam ve Çin'de uyguladığı projelerde de görev aldı. Ankara Ulus Meydanı ve Çevresi Proje yarışmasını kazanan ekibin yürütücüsü olan Bademli, 1 Eylül 2003'te aramızdan ayrıldı.

Professor Dr. Raci Bademli was born in 1946 in Istanbul. He graduated from the Department of City and Regional Planning and continued his academic life at the school where he graduated. Almond,
He also took part in the projects implemented by the United Nations and the World Bank in Algeria, Afghanistan, Vietnam and China. Bademli, who is the executive of the team that won the Ankara Ulus Square and Surrounding Project competition, passed away on September 1, 2003.
