★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018 yılında ön çapraz bağ ameliyatı oldum. Ben yapmam gereken fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyonu eksiksiz olarak yaptım. Ancak dizim bir türlü iyileşmedi. Başka hekimlere gitmek zorunda kaldım birkaç hekim bağ kanalının yanlış olduğunu söyledi. Bu yüzden diz tam geri gitmiyor ve kemiğe sürtme yapıyor tekrar ameliyat olmam gerektiğini söylediler inanmak istemedim. Berk hocayla son görüşmemizde ailem ve hastanenin başka bir hekimi ve iki pratisyen hekim yanımızda iken buraya yürüyerek gelmedin mi zorla kimseyi ameliyat yapmıyoruz dediler. Şu an ön çapraz bağımın tekrar koptuğu doktorlar tarafından söylendi iyileşmek için hekim hekim geziyorum kimseye güvenim kalmadı. Spor yapmak bir yana dursun sağlıklı yürüyemiyorum. Oysa bana altı ay sonra her türlü sporu Yapabileceğimi söylemişti berk güçlü. Yaptığımız tercihler kalan hayatımıza yön veriyor. Çok dikkat etmemiz gerekiyor sağlıklı günler dilerim.
 I had anterior cruciate ligament surgery in 2018. I did the physical therapy and rehabilitation that I needed to do completely. However, my knee never got better. I had to go to other doctors, several doctors said that the ligament canal was wrong. That's why the knee doesn't go all the way back and it rubs against the bone. They told me that I need to have surgery again. In our last meeting with Berk, they said, "Did you not come here on foot while my family, another doctor of the hospital and two general practitioners were with us, we do not do surgery on anyone by force. At the moment, I was told by the doctors that my anterior cruciate ligament was torn again, I am visiting doctor to doctor to heal. Let alone doing sports, I cannot walk healthy. However, Berk Strong told me that I could do all kinds of sports after six months. The choices we make shape the rest of our lives. We need to be very careful, I wish you healthy days.
