Profesör Doktor Berk Burgu, 1991 yılında TED Ankara Koleji’ni, 1997 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’ni bitirdi. 2002 de üroloji uzmanı olduktan sonra iki yıl süre ile Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Anabilim Dalı Pediatrik Üroloji Ünitesi’nde Çocuk Ürolojisi eğitimini tamamladı.
